Die absolute Konfiguration von (−)-Aspidospermin-N(b)-jodemthylat wurde röntgenographisch unter Anwendung der anomalen Streuung bestimmt. Dadurch ist die absolute Konfiguration von (−)-Aspidospermin festgelegt.
