Papierelektrophoretische Lipiduntersuchungen vonβ- undγ-Plasmacytom — Paraproteinseren nach Kolloidaldextranbelastung erfassen eine neue, in der Diagnostik des Plasmocytoms verwertbare Eigenschaft: die Paraproteinlipidkomponente (PL) vermag, entgegen denβ-Lipoproteinen, mit Dextran keine Assoziationsfraktion zu bilden.
