The results of the electron-gamma directional correlation measurements for the strongly retardedK-forbidden 177 keVM 1 transition are in agreement with the theory for smallλ-values. It is thus concluded that nuclear structure effects are not appreciable. For the retardedK-forbidden 198 keVM 1 transition the experimental results are also in agreement with theory for smallλ-values but do not exclude highλ-values.
