Zusammenfassung

Xenopuslarven, denen zu Beginn der «Metamorphoseklimax» 0,1γ Actinomycin D intraperitoneal injiziert wurden, zeigten eine erhebliche Verzögerung der Metamorphose. Biochemisch ist die Hemmung der Schwanzresorption bei behandelten Larven durch die geringe Aktivität der Gewebekathepsine gekennzeichnet.
