Untersuchungen mit dem Hämagglutinationstest auf Tuberkulose

Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Wir untersuchten 1772 Serumproben im Hämagglutinationstest nachMiddlebrook undDubos. 1301 Serumproben stammten von Tbc-Kranken.

  2. 2.

    Im Vergleich mit Old Tuberculine Lederle 4×International Standard und Tuberkulin GT erreichten wir mit dem Antigen vom Institut Pasteur die höchsten Titer. Die Sera von Tbc-Kranken agglutinierten bis zur Verdünnung 1∶256.

  3. 3.

    Durch Vorbehandlung der Erythrocyten mit Trypsin konnten wir einen signifikanten Titeranstieg erreichen.

  4. 4.

    Bei Luikersera kommen positive Hämagglutinationen bei Serumverdünnungen 1∶4 bis 1∶16 vor.
