Zusammenfassung

Der Serotoningehalt der Darmmucosa aus 14 Schnittpräparaten von Sprague-Dawley Rattenweibchen nach 16-stündigem Fasten und nach normaler Fütterung wurde bestimmt. Grössere Serotoningehalte wurden im oberen Teil des Verdauungstraktus (ausschliesslich den Magenblindsack) der Hungertiere gefunden.
