Zusammenfassung

Intraperitoneale Verabreichung von Insulin führte bei Ratten, die täglich 2 h gefüttert wurden, im Vergleich mit ad libitum gefütterten Kontrolltieren, zu einer grösseren Herabsetzung des Blutzuckerspiegels, einer höheren Fett- und Glykogensynthese im Fettgewebe, jedoch zu einer verminderten Glykogensynthese im Zwerchfell.
