Zusammenfassung

Die pH-Messmethode zur Bestimmung der Bindung von Wasserstoffionen an Eiweiss wurde für den Bereich der Metallionen erweitert. Die Daten über die Metallionenbindung von Kobalt und Nickel für die Transfusionsgelatine wurden aus der Verschiebung der pH-Titrationskurven bei Anwesenheit bzw. Abwesenheit der Metallionen gewonnen.
