Activité Enzymatique Des Ascomycetes: Pichia Vini Et Pichia Vini Var. Melibiosi

Abstract

Pichia vini andPichia vini var.melibiosi are compared in respect to their intracellular enzymatic systems concerning cellobiose and melibiose. Both species possess intracellular β glucosidase and α galactosidase with the same characteristics. It seems that the separation between the 2 varieties is not valuable after our results.
