Zusammenfassung

Immunpräzipitate in der immunelektrophoretischen Verfahrenstechnik werden durch Dextranzusatz zum Agar Gel bedeutend stärker ausgeprägt. Zudem wird die Auflösungsmöglichkeit bei dieser Methode erhöht.
