Zusammenfassung

Die Ca-Wirkungen auf elektrische und mechanische Aktivität glatter Meerschweinchenmuskeln wurden untersucht. Die Resultate sprechen dafür, dass Kalziumionen, die während der Dauer des Aktionspotentials in die glatte Muskelzelle eintreten, am kontraktilen Elementarvorgang beteiligt sind.
