Mittels Interferenzmikroskopie wurde die Präzipitationsrate des Calciumphosphats in Ehrlich Ascites-Tumorzellen gemessen und die Beeinflussung der alkalischen Phosphataseaktivität durch diverse Faktoren untersucht.
