Dilatation of radiation-induced sigmoid stricture using sequential Savary-Guilliard dilators

A combined radiologic-endoscopic approach using sequential Savary-Guilliard dilators over a guidewire is described here for the palliative treatment of a radiation-induced stricture of the sigmoid colon.
