Résumé

Les contractures des muscles squelettique du cancreCarcinus maenas déclanchées par la quinine sont augmentées si on soulève le pH du milieu extracellulair et se diminue par la réduction du pH. On propose que le lieu d'action du pH sur ces contractures est le système des tubules transversales ou le changement du pH peu modifier la mobilisation du calcium.
