Zusammenfassung

Isolierte Chloroplasten von Spinat und Nitella in Aqua dest. zeigen infolge Membranerweiterung 2 verschiedene Typen ballonförmiger Chloroplasten. Die Erscheinungen bei Grana sind ähnlich. Es wird die osmotische Natur des ballonförmigen Chloroplasten beschrieben.
