Zusammenfassung
Eine Abschätzung der relativen Stabilität dercis- undtrans-Konformationen von Chinolizidin, Octahydropyrocolin sowie einigen ihrer Abkömmlinge wird durchgeführt. Unter Berücksichtigung des Einflusses des isolierten Elektronenpaars am Brückenkopf-Stickstoff ergibt sich eine grössere Stabilität für diecis-Verbindungen.
