Zusammenfassung

Die Acetylcholinkontraktion an Ratten-Jejunumstücken wird durch NEM gehemmt, was aber durch Vorbehandlung mit einem Reduktionsmittel nicht verstärkt wird. Sowohl NEM wie auch PCMB hemmen auch die Kaliumkontraktur, so dass die Hemmung der Acetylcholinkontraktion offenbar nicht auf den Rezeptor bezogen werden kann.
