Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine signifikante Hemmungswirkung von Diazoxide (Hyperstat Schering) auf die Radiojodspeicherung in der Ratten-Schilddrüse berichtet. Während die Kontrollen einen Mittelwert der Radiojodspeicherung 0,65%/mg zeigen, beträgt er nach i.v. Injektion von 5 mg Diazoxide 0,49%/mg.
