Zusammenfassung

In der BasidiomyceteOudemansiella mucida (Schr. ex Fr.) Höhnel wurde eine NADH2-Dichlorophenolindophenol-Dehydrogenase und eine NADH2-Menadion-Triphenyltetrazoliumchlorid-Dehydrogenase gefunden. Beide Enzyme unterscheiden sich durch ihre pH-Abhängigkeit, Aktivität und Eluierbarkeit.
