Zusammenfassung

Schwankungen des Glykogengehalts verursachen sehr schnelle Veränderungen des Lebergewichtes und daher auch solche des prozentualne Proteingehalts der Leber. Enzymaktivität sollte deshalb pro Körpergewicht und nicht pro Lebergewicht ausgedrückt werden, wie dies oft geschieht.
