Summary

The cytotoxic methylhydrazine derivative procarbazine or Natulan® has a marked influence on the synthesis of deoxyribonucleic acid in Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells. The incorporation of3H-thymidine into DNA — measured by autoradiographic methods — is inhibited.
