Riassunto

Dopo ablazione totale dei testicoli inDiscoglossus pictus si ha rigenerazione. Nei testicoli rigenerati si riscontrano spermatociti in tutti gli stadi di sviluppo e talvolta anche spermi. È avanzata l'ipotesi che la rigenerazione avvenga a partire da cellule somatiche degli spermidutti.
