Zusammenfassung

Aktivität und Stabilität der Glutamat-Decarboxylase vonPhysarum polycephalum in Gegenwart von Zusätzen, welche die Wechselwirkung zwischen Proteinen und Phenolen hemmen oder aufheben, wird beschrieben. Cystein und Ascorbinsäure stabilisieren das Enzym, während hydratisiertes Aluminiumoxyd-G und Koffein die spezifische Aktivität erhöhen.
