Zusammenfassung

Auf der Basis von Struktur-Aktivitätsuntersuchungen verschiedener Epoxyden der Androstanreihe konnte gezeigt werden, dass die Antiglucocorticoid-Eigenschaften solcher Verbindungen von einer besonders spezifischen Struktur abhängig sind.
