Zusammenfassung

Die OS-Ankylose des Steigbügels kann vorwiegend durch die begleitende Subluxation zu einer Dehnung des Amboß-Steigbügelgelenkes und zu einer Torsionsverspannung der übrigen Gehörknöchelchenkette führen, die an den Gelenken arthrotische Veränderungen zur Folge hat. An Felsenbeinschnittserien bestand bei 10 von 55 Ankyloseohren an Stelle eines Lig. mall. sup. ein mehr oder weniger breites Anliegen des Capitulum mallei am Tegmen tympani. DieMittelohrmuskeln zeigen schon beim Normalen und noch mehr bei OS-Ankylosen einen individuell unterschiedlichen Gehalt an Muskelelementen. Es gibt Ankylosen mit fast hypertrophischem M. staped. und andere, bei denen die Muskelfasern weitgehend bindegewebig ersetzt sind.
