Summary
Measurements have been made on the coercive forceH c as a function of temperature of two samples of ticonal and one sample of steel. TheH c versusT curves for the ticonals show the same minimum without saturation down to liquid helium temperatures. The curve for the steel sample, however, shows an increase below liquid nitrogen temperatures and also a saturation in the liquid helium range.
