Verbreitung von Staphylokokkenstämmen mit dem neuen Lysotyp 1380 in Ungarn

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Verbreitung von Staphylokokken berichtet, die nur mit dem neuen Phagen 1380 typisierbar sind. Den Phagen 1380 gewannen wir durch Anreicherung des Basis-Phagen 42 D an einem nicht bestimmbaren Staphylokokkenstamm. Staphylokokkenstämme mit dem Lysotyp 1380 sind zur Zeit die häufigsten Hospital-Stämme der Neugeborenen-Abteilungen Ungarns und waren die Erreger von zahlreichen Staphylokokkenepidemien bei Säuglingen. Sie zeigten sich gegen Wärmeeinwirkungen (56–60°C) stets resistenter als Staphylokokken mit anderen Lysotypen.
