Zusammenfassung

Beschreibung eines Falles von ventrikulärer Tachykardie bei einem Mann von 64 Jahren, 2 Wochen nach Myokardinfarkt, resistent gegenüber Chinidin bis zu 2,8g pro die, ausgechend in schwere Herzinsuffizienz mit Beginn von Koma. Augenblickliche Wiederherstellung des Sinus-Rhythmus (innerhalb 12 Minuten) nach zwei intravenösen Injektionen von Pronestyl (200, dann 300 mg). Vollständige Heilung.
