Thermoluminescence studies of the interaction of oxygen molecules with UV-induced centers of γ-Al2O3

Abstract

Luminescence centers induced by UV irradiation on γ-Al2O3 surface are affected by O2 (rather than H2) admission both before and after irradiation. Excitation and emission spectra of thermoluminescence and thermal desorption spectra of adsorbed oxygen have been analyzed. A model implying that the observed processes are due to the excitation of F+ centers is suggested.

Abstract

Уф-облучением на γ-Al2O3 наводятся люминесцентные центры. На них оказывает влияние напуск O2 (но не H2) как до так и после ззсветки. Проведен анализ спектров возбуждения и излучения ТСЛ, а также ТД-спектров адсорбированного кислорода. Предлагается модель, в которой наблюдаемые процессы связываются с возбуждением F+-центров.
