Die Derivatisierung in der gaschromatographischen Analyse

Anwendung in der toxikologischen Praxis

Summary

Derivatisation methods are described, which can be used in gas chromatography of drugs in the forensic toxicological usage. Especially acetylation, silylation and methylation can be performed quite simply and fast. Several procedures for these reactions are compliled from the literature.

Zusammenfassung

Es erfolgt eine Beschreibung der Derivatisierungsmethoden, welche für die gaschromatographische Analyse von Arzneimitteln in der toxikologisch-forensischen Praxis einsetzbar sind. Insbesondere Acetylierung, Silylierung und Methylierung lassen sich genügend einfach und schnell durchführen. Verschiedene Verfahren für diese Reaktionen sind aus der Literatur zusammengestellt.
