Résumé

La gonadotrophine chorionique peut arrêter la production de 1'α-amylase pendant la germination des grains intacts d'orge. Par contre, la synthèse de 1'α-amylase controllée par l'acide gibberellique dans les sections de grains d'orge sans embryon n'est pas modifiée. La gonadotrophine chorionique doit donc arrêter la synthèse ou la sécrétion de l'acide gibberellique.
