Zusammenfassung

In Yoshida-Sarkomzellen ist die alkalische Phosphatase vorwiegend in der partikelfreien Fraktion in gelöster Form lokalisiert. Gelfiltration fÜhrt zu einer Auftrennung des Enzyms im partikelfreien Überstand von 6 Fraktionen, des Enzyms in den Zellkernen bei 2 Fraktionen.
