Abstract

The series of Modern Trends in Activation Analysis international conferences was initiated 34 years ago, in 1961, at Texas A & M University. Subsequent MTAA confrences were held in 1965, 1968, 1972, 1976, 1981, 1986 and 1991. The relevant details of each of these eight conferences are presented and discussed.
