Zusammenfassung
17 Liquorproben, die von gesunden Probanden (Gutachten-Patienten) suboccipital entnommen wurden, wurden in 20 Untersuchungen mit Gasen von 2,95 Vol.-% CO2 in Luft, 5,64 Vol.-% CO2, 10,20 Vol.-% CO2, 16,06 und 21,03 Vol.-% CO2 äquilibriert. In den äquilibrierten Proben wurdenp h und CO2-Gehalt gemessen. Der CO2-Druck der äquilibrierten Proben wurde als identisch mit dem der Äquilibriergase angesehen. Als Bunsenscher Absorptionskoeffizientα wurde 0,546 verwendet. Aus den gemessenen Werten wurdepK′1 berechnet und seine Abhängigkeit vomp h-Wert untersucht. Im Bereich normalerp h-Werte des Liquor cerebrospinalis (7,33–7,37) beträgtpK′1 rund 6,14. FürdpK′1/dp h ergibt sich −0,037.
