Die pathologische calorische Labyrinthreaktion

Zusammenfassung

Die vorliegende Arbeit beruht auf der Auswertung der nystagmographisch festgehaltenen Ergebnisse der calorischen Labyrinthprüfung bei 100 ausgewählten Fällen mit genau lokalisierten vestibulären Funktionsstörungen.

Voraussetzung für eine derartige Untersuchung bildet die Kenntnis der für die Beurteilung notwendigen Kriterien beim labyrinthgesunden Menschen. Es handelt sich dabei um folgende Parameter: Dauer —Gesamtamplitude und Gesamtschlagzahl — maximale Amplitude und maximale Schlagzahl während der Kulminationsphase des thermischen Nystagmus — Kulminationsphänomen.

Für bestimmte Läsionen innerhalb des vestibulären Systems können einige charakteristische Änderungen der oben erwähnten Parameter gefunden werden.
