Zusammenfassung

Bei IPPB mit dem Bird-Respirator bei einem Endinspirationsdruckanstieg von 20 auf 40 cm H2O kommt es 1. zum Mitteldruckanstieg und 2. zur vergrößerten Inspirium-Exspirium-Druckschwankung im rechten Vorhof, in der A. pulmonalis, in den Lungencapillaren, zum enddiastolischen Druckanstieg und zur Druckschwankung in der rechten Kammer, 3. zu den qualitativen Druckveränderungen im kleinen Kreislauf und im rechten Herzen und 4. zu EKG-Veränderungen.
