Local and non-destructive diagnostics of high-Tc superconductor layers by millimeter waves

For the first time millimeter waves are used for non-destructive diagnostics of superconducting layers and their quality control. The quality of the whole layer depending on TC and δTC is determined by local transmission of millimeter waves.
