Zusammenfassung
Die Tomatenmutantechloronerva zeigt partielle phänotypische Normalisierung
-
a)
Summary
The tomato mutantchloronerva shows a partial phenotypical normalization induced by
-
a)
grafting with different species of the generaLycopersicon, Solanum, Nicotiana andDatura, both as stock or scion, respectively,
-
b)
leaf sprays with water extracts from differentLycopersicon species,Medicago sativa andMalva verticillata.
Leaf sprays are a suitable test for further characterization of the „normalizing factor”, which has been shown to be heat stable, soluble in alcohol but insoluble in typical organic solvents. It is supposed to be an organic substance with low molecular weight.
-
а)
прививками на различные виды родовLycopersicon, Solanum, Nicotiana иDatura; такой же эффект достигается если мутант берется в качестве лривоя;
-
б)
Malva verticillata.
