Eine weiße Mutante vonAureobasidium pullulans (De Bary) Arnaud wurde isoliert. Sie unterscheidet sich von der Normalform nach bisherigen Untersuchungen nur durch mangelnde Fähigkeit zur Pigmentbildung oder Pigmentablagerung.

Summary

A white mutant fromAureobasidium pullulans was isolated. The mutant had in contrast to the normal black form no ability to form or to accumulate the black pigment.
