Zusammenfassung

Spirogyra mirabilis wurde an Freilandmaterial und in daraus gewonnenen artreinen Kulturen über drei Jahre hin beobachtet. In der Population traten regelmäßig Konjugationen auf, so daß die Zygosporenbildung bei der Art erstmals an einem reichen Material eindeutig festgestellt und untersucht werden konnte. Die Größenvariabilitätsspanne der wichtigsten Maße wurde ermittelt. Die Befunde sind mit den in der Literatur vorliegenden Angaben verglichen und diskutiert.

Summary

Spirogyra mirabilis from a natural habitat in the Harz mountains and from single-species cultures, derived from this material was observed over a period of three years. Conjugation was found to occur in the population regularly and the formation of zygospores in the species could be stated definitively and studied for the first time on a voluminous material. The variability of the main dimensions was deliminated. The results are discussed on the basis of the literature.

Spirogyra mirabilis в течение трех лет наблюдалась на сборах полевого материала и на выведенных из него чистых культурах. В популяции водоросли регулрно наблюдались конъюгации, так что впервые на большом материале удалось подтвердить и изучить образование зигоспор. Была установлена амплитуда изменчивости важнейших промеров. Результаты наблюдений обсуждаются п сравниваются с литературным материалом.
