Abstract
The most dangerous value of landslide pressure is established as a result of variation of the sliding surfaces determined according to the principle of maximum landslide pressure. A functional is formulated for approximate numerical determination of the corresponding extremum. A computer program was written to carry out the computations; an example of the calculation is given.
