Zusammenfassung
In den vorliegenden Untersuchungen wurde der quantitative Einfluß der Alveolarventilation auf die pulmonale Gesamtdiffusionskapazität, die Membran-diffusionskapazität und das pulmonale intracapilläre Blutvolumen untersucht.
Dazu wurden Verlaufsuntersuchungen an 15 Patienten mit chronischer Pyelonephritis ohne respiratorische Störungen durchgeführt, bei denen die Alveolarventilation in Abhängigkeit vom Grad der renalen Acidose zeitweilig auf das Zwei- bis Dreifache erhöht war.
Die Untersuchungen ergaben, daß in Abhängigkeit von der Zunahme der Alveolarventilation die pulmonale Gesamtdiffusionskapazität, die Membran-diffusionskapazität und das pulmonale intracapilläre Blutvolumen signifikant ansteigen. Als wesentliche Ursachen werden eine Erhöhung der Diffusionsoberfläche und eine gleichmäßigere Belüftung des Alveolarraumes angenommen.
