Summary
Fractionizing mycobacteria with isopropyl-alkohol authors produced two kinds of complement-binding antigens, a socalled lipoid and a somatic one.
Complement-binding serological investigations performed by this two kinds of antigens proved to be successful and specific both in human and veterinary practice.
Zusammenfassung
Die Verfasser stellen aus Mykobakterien mit Isopropylalkohol-Fraktion zweierlei sog. Lipoid- und somatische Komplementbindungs-Antigene her. Die mit Komplementbindungs-Reaktion erfolgenden serologischen Untersuchungen sind sowohl in humaner wie auch tierärztlicher Beziehung erfolgreich und spezifisch.
