Zusammenfassung

Klinischer Verlauf und Sektionsbefund bei einer Patientin mit Kartagenerscher Trias (Bronchiektasien bei Situs inversus, Hypoplasie der Sinus frontales), bei der im Alter von 35 Jahren eine Resektion des rechten Lungenunterlappens durchgeführt wurde und die im Alter von 50 Jahren an dekompensiertem Cor pulmonale starb. Besprechung der pathogenetischen Möglichkeiten. Übersicht über die neuere das Kartagenersyndrom betreffende Literatur.

Summary

Clinical and autopsy findings of a patient with Kartagener Trias (situs inversus, bronchiectases, hypoplastic sinus frontalis) who, at the age of 35, had a resection of the right lower lung lobe and died at the age of 50 of a decompensated cor pulmonale. Discussion of the pathogenetic relationship between the different symptoms. Review of the literature.
