Zusammenfassung
Die Autoren untersuchten an 96 operierten Kranken die sich auf die kardiopulmonale Funktion beziehenden Probleme der Kavernostomie auf Grund der eingetretenen Veränderungen der Ventilation und des kardialen Zustandes vor und nach der Operation. Mit verschiedener Gruppierung der spirometrischen Werte und Beschreibung von 2 Fällen weisen sie auf die funktionsschonende Eigenschaft dieses thoraxchirurgischen Eingriffes hin, wobei Umstände, welche eine ausgeprägte Verschlechterung der Funktionsverhältnisse nach der Operation hervorrufen können, besonders hervorgehoben werden.
Summary
The authors have studied the functional problems to cavernostomy with 96 operated patients on the bases of the changes in their ventilation and in their cardial condition before and after the operation. By various grouping of spirometrical values and by casual datas they pointed out that effect of operation which improves the functions and on those factors which are to be considered when making the indication and which lead to more conspicious postoperative deterioration of the functional conditions.
