Die thorakale neuro-muskuläre Dystonie an tuberkulösem Krankengut

Zusammenfassung

Die Muskeldystonie wurde bei unseren Patienten durch folgende Faktoren verursacht:

• 1. Schädigung der Thoraxmuskulatur durch die Lungentuberkulose.

• a) Durch den aktiven tuberkulösen Lungenprozeß ausgelöster reflektorischer Muskelspasmus.

• b) Abgelaufene oder chronische pleurale Veränderungen.

• 2. Durch Skoliose verursachte Muskelschädigungen; Skoliose entsteht bei:

• a) nachlässiger Haltung, träger Muskulatur;

• b) schlechter Kondition;

• c) vorheriger Pleuraschädigung, schrumpfenden Prozessen;

• d) Übergewicht der Atemhilfsmuskeln;

• e) zufälliger Koinzidenz von idiopathischer Skoliose und Lungentuberkulose.

• 3. Ateminsuffizienz, auch wenn das Übergewicht der Atemhilfsmuskeln noch zu keiner Fehlhaltung führte.

• 4. Zufällige Koinzidenz von Lungentuberkulose und Erkrankung des Bewegungsapparates.

Summary

The reasons for the dystonia of the musculature observed in our patients were:

• 1. Damage of the chest muscles caused by pulmonary tuberculosis.

• a) Reflex spasm of the muscles caused by an active tuberculous process.

• b) Old or chronic pleural damages.

• 2. Changes in the musculature because of scoliosis. Scoliosis is caused by:

• a) Bad posture; indolent musculature.

• b) Bad general condition.

• c) Old pleural damage; shrinking processes.

• d) Prevalence of the respiratory accessory musculature.

• e) Incidental coicidence of idiopathic scoliosis and pulmonary musculature.

• 3. Respiratory insufficiency even in cases in which the prevalence of the respiratory accessory musculature did not give rise to an abnormal posture.

• 4. Incidental coincidence of a pulmonary tuberculosis and a disease of the motion apparatus.
