Abstract
Pulsed Gunn oscillator at 94 GHz has been developed using GaAs CW Gunn diode, by choosing a proper operating point and resonant circuit. Peak power output of 25 mw at 94 GHz with a pulse width of 2 microseconds and duty factor of 2% is achieved. Bias circuit oscillations are suppressed by rising the operating voltage alongwith other circuit considerations.
