Kerato- et Erythrodermia variabilis

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über ein Krankheitsbild berichtet, das in gleicher Weise in der Kindheit bei Mutter und Tochter begann, bei der Mutter nach dem ersten Partus bis auf eine geringe Hyperkeratose am Hals (anamnestische Angabe) zur vollständigen Ausheilung kam, bei der Tochter seit etwa 20 Jahren ziemlich unverändert besteht. Morphologisch: lokalisierte Erytheme mit Hyperkeratose ohne Atrophie und reine Hyperkeratosen. Die Hauterscheinungen werden als Grenzfall derBrocqschen Erythrodermie ichthyosiforme congénitale zugerechnet.
