Conclusions

Experimental investigation shows that it is extremely important to take into accotant the presence of natural wave spectrum for such functional blocks as filters, directional couplers and other structures based on multiple microstrips, due to the fact that the excitation of the complete natural wave spectrum results in considerable distortion of amplitude-frequency characteristics of these blocks. We state that, it is essential to allow for the exitation of natural wave spectrum in multiple microstrips with dence conductors assembling.
