A low molecular weight tracer molecule for immunocytochemistry. Identification of cytoplasmic actin

Summary

Anti actin Fab-fragments were tagged to a small electron dense tracer molecule; ferrocene monocarboxylic acid (230 daltons). The conjugate stains actin filaments, which were found mainly in the core of microvilli.
